I understand that you guys are currently having a great time creating fake MySpace accounts and posing X rated pictures but how about turning your creative energies into something that will help Mika crowned as King of the Brits in a month's time????

ideas:
1., create and post similar (though possibly more creative) videos on Youtube (use tags like Brit Awards, Mika..etc)
2., create awareness about the voting on other Mika sites (Italian, Polish..etc)
3., leave comments on Mika's Youtube videos (songs / interviews) like : Vote for Mika in the Best Single / Best Breakthrough at www.brits.co.uk

I vote on every different computer I go on, whether that be home, school or various libraries, and have started to force family members to do the same. However, I'm not so worried about LL's fans' activity, seeing as the actual winner will be determined from the final five songs, hence public voting will only be important to a certain extent.

OK, I'm all for creating awareness - it just seems as if some people are voting loads and loads of times and they may be wasting their time doing that.

But we do need to make sure EVERYONE on here votes once per round, yes, and for all the categories.

Well, I don't really know what you mean, but to make an image clickable (if you click it you go to the website) you have to do this:

You take the url of the website, in this case: http://www.brits.co.uk/vote/

you put URL tags around them, like so: Link of site goes here [/URL*]

(without *)

then you take the link of your picture, in this case: http://img101.imageshack.us/img101/3144/voteuk3.png

You put those between IMG tags, like this : image link goes here

now you have those two codes, and you just past the image code after the URL code, BUT you take the tag of the url and you put that behind the [/IMG] :blink: so like this but without the *

If you post that link, without the * in your sig or post you will get a clicky image

From what I understand, it is no use voting more than once, because only your last vote counts. But in the case of making a mistake, you can correct it by voting again for the right choice. (Which will be, obviously: MIKA.....:roftl: )

There are some ways around it. If you can register with different names and email addresses, those votes will count. Also, if it's a shared computer you are using, all of the people who use the computer can vote.
But I do think it's better when it's one vote per person. Who remembers the fiasco of the EMAs, when we all voted 24 hrs straight (almost) and Avril won, or the disappointment of ROTY, when Leona kept (magically) jumping ahead every time the Mika and Take That fans, got within smelling distance of the lead. At least this way, it SHOULD be a fair fight!
Also, it's not a good idea to diss Leona Lewis on You Tube. That's not doing Mika any favours. besides, I'm not happy that Amy Winehouse won five Grammys, when Mika was denied even one, after he's worked so hard!!!

There are some ways around it. If you can register with different names and email addresses, those votes will count. Also, if it's a shared computer you are using, all of the people who use the computer can vote.
But I do think it's better when it's one vote per person. The only thing is, that when I have put comments on YT for people to vote for Mika, they haven't been posted. I think, a good idea, is when someone posts a video, to put a message about The Brits, in with, or after, the video footage, so it shows on the screen. One YT member already did that, with one video
