Who wants to have a poetry corner in here for those who like to write? Just an idea. If you have an urge to write a poem or if you heard a really good poem by someone else, I thought it would be cool to have something on here for that. Any takers? :wink2:

Here are my MIKA-inspired poems, so far.

Some might belong in the rhyme thread but not all of them do, so I'll just plop 'em here.

A Brook and a Hol, a Man and a Penni.
Since Thursday his years have numbered eight and twenty.
We’re glad.
You’d be his biggest fan but he’s got too many.
You’d give him birthday chicken but he doesn’t want any.
So sad.

He left earth so fast
Flying up to heaven where
Happy endings last

Must be a reason
I'm sitting here
Killing time, singing to thin
Air.

Sleeping wide awake,
Out of my mind inside my head,
Under the clouds over the rain
Need to get up and
Dance myself
Silly
