A word of caution, spamming myspace profiles may very well get your myspace profile banned or removed, so please be careful as I would hate for those of you that actually use myspace to have your accounts revoked. Additionally, it could bring those 'bad' myspace folks this way and then we have the job of keeping them out the forums etc. I am sure you don't want that ;)

Sometimes the culture around an artist or group is such that putting down others makes them popular. It is the same with Politics really, one Party will shout about how bad the other Party is and all the bad things they stand for etc. This makes them look better in the eyes of their followers.

The same is true of artists. A heavy rock based group that likes to go bonkers and kick things about is going to like getting rallied up against other common targets and this produces a strong base.

We are the same here, except we get happy and funny about things, and that in turn gets a stronger 'happy and funny' following. We are all very alike, it is just the perception on each side that is different. :)
