no idea, i havent yet heard of anyone else getting tickets. i cant find much info at all which is a shame cos ppl have to book time off and book travel etc to go!

I entered and read COUNTRY asked my Niece to enter and she said it said COUNTY...I said Oh no hope they don't scrap my entry..sure it was COUNTRY.
Maybey it is because they had so many people from other countries entering? and someone had to sift through them all as the small print said only people who were UK residents could apply?

iTunes has always been done on a kind of lottery basis, I think so that real fans can get tickets, not sure what's happening this year with it!
There's still 4 more weeks of draws to go yet, so there might be a landslide of MFCers with tickets in the next few weeks.

I know that Capital Radio were doing a comp for tickets too..wish i found out too late and it was closed! ...so there will be more than the 300 but not that many more I don't think, as that comp was only for a few tickets..but hey what do I know!

The ICA itunes gig you had to wait to get in..not for long as they wouldn't let you...inside in reception tho, which was good as were seats..then take a copy of the email sent to you..they checked you off a list and then had to show ID..driving license,passport, credit card etc then can't remember if you got wristband or hand stamp or was it a laminate? but I remember thinking it was very secure and precise.
Can't say that this will be the same but for those thinking they can skip regulations etc. be careful incase they are as organised as last time and you are told you can't get in as that would be worse than not winning at all.

I was so excited about my first Mika gig that I can't really remember much about that type of detail. I do remember going to reception at the ICA and showing my printout, and them giving me something (I think it was a wristband??).

In fact, this is the reason why I didn't take my hubby to the Sadler's Wells gig once I realised that I had gotten front row tix: I reckoned that, even though he went to a few Mika gigs with me back in 2007, he's not a big enough fan to justify a front row ticket, so I decided to take a proper fan instead.

Well, they sometimes say that you can only print them once, but in reality once you have the document there's no way that I know of in which they can limit how many times you can print it off. I have seen it written in some tickets though, but I think that it's just a way of scaring people into not doing it.
Is it a pdf? or just a url that you go to and print it from there? or inside the body of the email?
In any case I doubt that they can stop you from making more than once copy.

If I was you I would take ID with you just in case they do check though. You never know :aah:.

Currently I have nothing at home but a glass of water, sometimes a coffee and have a nut and seed bar at work when I get there with a cup of coffee.

What do you think we have for breakfast?
Currently I have nothing at home but a glass of water, sometimes a coffee and have a nut and seed bar at work when I get there with a cup of coffee.

Most people I know have yogurt, cereal or toast or something like that. Maybe people were just eating bigger breakfasts because they were out in a hotel or something? I would haha.

Ah well, we didn't stay for breakfast in the hotel but went past this little place where they would sell greasy eggs and sausages etc. Not something I can handle in da morning:mf_rosetinted:

Even I? I mean, UK fans can win tickets to MJ's funeral now so it would only be fair if I can win some to see Mika. Unless Mika decides to go to the funeral and mourn until August and well then the gig would be cancelled.:blink:

I have the following for breakfast:

-large mug of tea with soya milk
-a sandwich made with wholewheat bread and an omelette inside, which when I make it doesn't look like a proper omelette but more like 2 "squashed" eggs :biggrin2:.
-some fruit

Usually, as I'm such a slow eater, this takes me forever to finish so I have the tea and fruit at home, and then the first half of the sandwich on the train on my way to work, and the other half sometime during the morning. I also have some more fruit around that time.

Then I have lunch around 1.30-2 pm :wink2:. There you go: far more info than you care for :roftl:
