I don't think you can consider the Radio 1 listeners as 'cool' people.... BBC1 simply plays mainstream pop while London's Capital Radio more the kind of 'bubblegum pop'.
I think Virgin Radio is the station for 'cool' music. They stopped playing Mika as soon as he shot to No1 with GK though.. :cool:
