As Blue Sky says, Mika has said he'll be back in the US in 2010, but it won't
be until later in the year, as he's going to the UK and Europe up through
May 2010. Don't despair, though -- I'm sure he'll be back! In the meantime,
be sure to check back to the MFC often, and don't forget the calendar:

If next time around he does do Houston, I'll most likely go, as my friend is moving there.

It would be nice if he toured somewhere near me. But I live too out in the middle of nowhere. Maybe someday. :naughty:

I think MIKA will return (this summer?)
to NYC to perform at Radio City Music Hall.

I'll see you in Houston if he does come here! He should come to Austin though, we're way cooler :naughty:. And we're the live music capital of the world!
Seriously, I do hope Mika stops here. Last time was too wonderful for words :wub2:. He said something about stopping here in 2010 in the Gertrude interview, but he often says stuff like that without specifying. We can hope, though!

Rose it would be SO great if you came to a Texan gig!! What if he played anywhere in Texas ... would you still come?
Anyways, I know he's mentioned playing NYC Radio City Music Hall in Summer 2010 in a few interviews, and then in the recent one he talked about touring the U.S. Since he's said NYC in summer, I would expect more of the tour to be in summer as well ...
And I don't know if the earlier tour was a 'promo' tour or what, but I wouldn't mind a couple more locations on the next tour. Namely, anywhere in Texas ... hmmm ... :biggrin2:

Does anyone know when we will find out the dates for the next US tour?
Also, does anyone know if he is coming anywhere near the Cincinnati area? Last time he came the closest gig was 8 hours away... would love for him to be closer!
Thanks in advance. :)
EDIT: I also know for a fact that a lot of people would come. So if you read this Mika, COME TO CINCI!!!

He hasn't announced them yet, and when he does it will most likely be on the front page, if not you can always check the calendar, or mikasounds.com

No problem! If you're still having issues finding it after he's announced them I'll track you down and PM you, but I don't think that will be a problem. :roftl:
For my gig, I hadn't been on the MFC for days and an MFCer contacted me telling me the dates/pre-sale tix were posted, saving me the chance of maybe losing out on tix.
EDIT: MFC usually gets pre-sale anyways, so no worries.

Sorry Nollie, no one knows yet. Once any dates are announced they will appear in their own thread in this section, so keep checking back.
Are you close to Cincinnati yourself? Because he was in Chicago in October and it's only 4 hours away, isn't it?
Mika's most popular in the northeast and on the west coast so I think Chicago may be your best option for the midwest.

That's why I'm much happier living in LA now than I was in Minneapolis :teehee:
I have a feeling "coming back to the States" means just coming back for one gig. :naughty:

I hope not:tears:
So do I, but I'd rather him come back here when he's not exhausted after months of touring, you know? He needs to recharge his batteries. :freak:

Well, he mentioned a few times something about a Radio City Music Hall gig in NY. :dunno:

Ah yes. Forgot about that  He must be doing a US tour, though. Think about it. His music has been getting more and more mainstream recently. It'd be a horrible decision not to do a full US tour - but I wouldn't put any sort of stupid decisions past his management (shhhh).... :naughty:
