Thanks Lovetoday! I use a program called Photoshop CS. I basically paste the images I need onto the blank canvas, arrange them and use a masking tool to cover up parts of the picture that I dont need - which creates the collage effect. I then use what is called a texture by pasting it on top of the collaged pictures and changing the blend mode of it - that gives it the orangy colour and, well..... the texture lol. I then add the text and the border to finish it. I hope that wasn't too long winded - I find it hard sometimes to explain things like this.
