here in Latvia they came popular really fast, suddenly there were this TH "bum".
when people divided in 2 groups TH lovers and haters.
i had no idea who are they and then i saw a pic in pocorn. and to be honest, (i really are) i thought its a girl. and i asked some friends if thy like them and they said NOOO. i was around 11 at that time so i just said yeah i HATE them though i hadnt heard any of theyre tracks. there were some girls in my school which were TH fans and they were totally STUPID. theyt were screaming TH all the time and even cursed people who said they dont like them. they were horrible, and that made me to hate the even MORE.
but now i dont hate them i just ignore them i dont care about them at all. they were in latvia once and it was horrible, the gig was on 3 september when the school starts and none of TH fans came to school that day, and they waited at venue from 6 AMthough the gig started at 7 PM. THAT was sick.

Well, I for one, LOVE Tokio Hotel....AND I think Bill is just plain sexy on a spoon! WOW!

But here's what I don't get.....

How can everyone across Europe say they hate Tokio Hotel, and yet they sell out HUGE stadiums and their albums and DVD's have gone multi-platinum! They just won Best New Artist here in America and are working on yet ANOTHER much anticipated album. That doesn't just happen people! It takes talent and drive and a rapport with your fans (much the same as Mika, I might add.)

And yes, there are a lot of screaming fangirls....but doesn't every artist put up with some of that? People say such horrible things about TH fans....but I would venture to guess that many other boards say the same thing about Mika fans getting all dressed up crazy ...and yes, even standing in line for hours....for Mika shows.(altho I've never seen any bashing of any sort on the THA boards against Mika).

so yes, I'll say it again...loud and proud. I love Tokio Hotel. I think they are a wonderful bunch of guys and I am proud to call myself a fan of both Tokio Hotel AND Mika! (thereby proving that we all CAN get along.) lol

IDK...I guess I haven't seen the disrespect or heard about that many incidents. Only the annoying, crying fangirls things and such. I just think it's sad that people (not you) would judge a group by a few lousy fans in the bunch. TH's music is great and their lyrics are awesome. The band itself really talks about wanting people to listen to THE MUSIC and how important their lyrics are.
