That's the same for me, and I live in Italy! It came as a big and very bad surprise today, I mean, I knew they wouldn't do the show on Cielo, but I thought that, just like all the past years, the video on the site would be available for everyone. It's ok that the ones who pay get the tv exclusive, but the internet is a different thing imo, it should be free.

 

However I hope that somehow we'll manage to watch it, if for example someone uploads the videos they recorded on Dailymotion (the user FreakIrishSister32, I don't know who she is, has uploaded for example the Street Clerks video), and if someone quickly saves them on their computer they could share it here... HELP!

 

However, from the tiny clips I've seen and what I've read, everyone was really good yesterday, Mika's Italian is impressive, he even used a very difficult verb concordation (the famous congiuntivo that less and less people use now, unfortunately), Alessandro was impressed!

His girls did well from what I've heard, this time he chose very "pop" songs for them as he had said.

 

(Btw, about Violetta, I don't think anyone is hating on her, certainly not here on the MFC, here I've only read funny comments about Mika's "artistic infatuation" for her As far as I'm concerned for the moment I don't particularly like her even if she is undoubtly very good, I think that in other musical genres she's not as good and as original as she is with her repertoire, but maybe I'll change my mind; for now I prefer Gaia, she's more fragile, "complicated", versatile and therefore more interesting to me, and I think that Mika really, really likes Gaia too, you can see that from the HomeVisit)

 

Then I saw a video of Mika who was impressed with Michele Bravi's performance, he sang a not-very-known but amazing Ivano Fossati song in a very delicate and original way, Mika loved it, he said he was speachless And that he liked his suit

Then I saw the Street Clerks (I like them very much, Florentine pride ) , they were really good, even if Mika said that the harmonisation should have been less "boybandish" and "darker", but he liked them too, and they were onstage with their instruments!

 

About the final fight I haven't seen it all, but basically Morgan got angry because Mika and especially Elio chose to save the Free Boys instead of his contestant, he said that they killed his idea of music or something like that... From what I have understood Mika and Elio decided that they deserved another chance.

 

Sorry that it is all so vague but, you know, that stupid site doesn't show me the full videos

I'm glad for Michele, this guy has possibilities and you know I love him, I mean, his voice, the way he sings, so emotional, even hearing him can makes me cry

I have found an Italian forum that is posting torrents of entire episodes. They posted the last episode on October 20th so I guess they don't upload them right away. But if this week's episode goes up and everyone hasn't seen it, I will get a copy and try to share it.

If people need the full episode I will download it and reupload somewhere that people can access it. Torrents can be a tricky business if you don't know what you're doing and can also get you threats from various organizations, governments or your internet provider because it's not exactly legal.

I'm very impressed with Michele now, too:wub2: His improvised performance backstage with Andrea was one of the highlights for me in the Home Visit. And today I've watched the short Sky Clips and from the parts I've seen I fell for him even more. First he has a great voice while talking, it's so calm, I think I could listen to him endless. Than I really liked the few seconds of his performance, it was the video where I hoped the most that it wouldn't stop so early. From the short part I really got the feeling that he "tells" something when he is singing. (And I like his new style as well, not particularly the suit, but nerdy glasses and tousled hair are totally my cup of tea )

And I think they would deserve a place in the live shows as well. But personally I like Roberta much much much more, so I really hope she we'll make it. Although I'm not that optimistic

Tomorrow X Factor is starting for the first time ever in Israel (lateee) and the judges arrived to London to meet Simon and he said to them the exact same sentence he said to the judges in Italy: "I hope you'll find the next star, otherwise you'll fail. No pressure" I was like "heyyyyy you piece of...!"

Thanks for the report Sorry you can't watch it either, even in Italy. It's difficult to understand and remember the show is only for very limited group of people, traditionally talent shows are aimed for a big audience and this is getting a lot of media attention. I'm very curious to see some of the contestants now, especially Gaia and Michele Bravi.

I used to like him, thanks to him I watched the XF US, he gives the spicy flavor to it But since I heard his story with mika I kinda dropped it
