These were the days:mf_rosetinted: Bitch threw those party flute things at me.:mf_rosetinted:

Party flute things? Not sure what you mean?

And yeah, the weather pretty much sucked, but the company was great! I

got to meet so many MFCers I hadn't before, and that's always a bonus for

me, being all the way over here in the US of A. :huglove:

Oooh :-). This is the one and only Mika gig I've been to. It was great though! I'd just handed in my Masters dissertation and went as a way to celebrate... Edinburgh was awesome, and Mika too!

Just a little bump on the four-year anniversary of this gig.

Little did I know at the time that it would mark the start of a two-year Mika Drought for me.

And here I am in the midst of another one. :tears:

The life of a Mika fan is not an easy one. :naughty:

I haven't been to the fringe this year but by all accounts it has been great. I really must try and get there next year.

I can hardly believe it is four years since this gig - but then on the other hand it seems like a lifetime ago.

4 years? Good grief! Time is so odd, I can't believe it was only last year that I was in Edinburgh for the tattoo and the fringe (and an excellent performance of David Copperfield) and yet 4 years since Mika in Edinburgh. I miss him. :teehee:

yes

I wish we had a tour, some money and some spare time. I'm longing for new meetings, and I cannot afford them without a valid gig excuse

Indeed.

No, it will never be the same but we have some fantastic memories! It was quite an adventure while it lasted!

And yes, you never know, we might all meet up again one day. :crossed:

I want a Mika gig with you all :wub2:

I miss you and Mika :tears:

That one was so special even though I wasn't there because he got my gifts thanks to Caroline and when he was given the Dark Book Of Fairy Tales, I was able to see my Good Gone Girl drawing in his hands on the video when he flipped through the pages and I was so happy thanks to MFCErs :wub2: in front of my pc :tears: crying happy tears
