He was working with some people from Sweden, so I guess it was ten months ago...

I think it must have been Klas Åhlund, Robyn's producer. He must have taken EMD to him to add some funny electronic noise.

Having wanted to write in French for a long time, I called my friend the writer Doriand and asked him if he felt like spending a week with me in the studio. In February, unprepared, we set up camp at La Fabrique in Provence. In the day we wrote and in the evening i would sleep in the bed in the studio. Within three days we had written 82 Rue Des Martyr, Blame it on the weather and Elle Me Dit. For some reason, after 12 months of nothing, the songs were coming, and they were good.

I'll edit my tweeter post with Mika's blog to connect things.

I'd say BIOTW is the beautiful one and EMD or Karen the ace one...but it's just guessing....

Also about Fryars, didn't Mika say somewhere that he was writing songs with some kid named Ben that he'd found on MySpace? Someone wondered to me at the time whether it might be Fryars because his real name is Ben. I can't remember where Mika said this though.

Yes he did. I don't remember where either. Maybe in those french interviews he did this summer.
