What a way to start a tour!
Despite the high stage, which restricted his movements somewhat, Mika was bouncing around al over it, at some points going out of his way to distract Curtis playing the keyboards, which he failed at every time

He seemed to be fixated with Yulias red hat, which he grabbed and wore, then later he noticed her goggles, which he asked her "who the f*** brings these to a gig?!" He put them on and after Yulia shouting to him to flip them.up, he realised he could flip the dark shades up so he could see properly

Then he put them and the hat on the nearest choir singer, walked back to his mic looked round and said "ahh, I get it, it's Willy Wonka!"

He was in a very mischeivous mood tonight which made for a very fun show. Even the choir, which Ingie and Monie were part of, were up for his messing around.
The set list was pretty much the same as the US shows, which made me sad that he's not doing Make You Happy.
Afterwards he popped out for half an hour, before going back into the Halloween party they were having at the venue.
There was the usual fiasco of people having their turn and not moving to let others in for their turn, which I think is starting to become annoying, and highly rude and unfair, some people almost missed out because of it.
On the whole people were good and did move away, but a small minority didn't which makes it hard for others, especially those who haven't met him before.
A little thought for those people doesn't hurt.
Luckily there was enough space for those people to get through, but it would be nice if they didn't have to fight their way through.
It has been great though staying with Jojotje and her family. It's always lovely to come to Holland, they always give a warm welcome, and I enjoy coming here to gigs.
