I beleive it was one of the promo cd's sent out as an intro? There is also the US Target Exclusive with bonus tracks: acoustic Billy Brown and acoustic my interpretation. Even though they've played both Grace Kelly and Love Today on the radio LOTS, I still can't seem to find the actual singles anywhere :/ I have the same problem! I was only able to buy LICM, but there are no singles available. I went to the store the other day and I asked a woman who works there, to tell me if they have anything and she didn't even know what I was looking for...so she went to check in the computer and they had nothing. I have the special Malaysia Edition LICM as well as the special Indonesian Edition one. Though their not all that special, cause the sleeves are not as nice as the original. Also, to add to the discography....there's a 2006 DJ EP CD self-titled MIKA with 3 songs on it: Relax, Happy Ending & Grace Kelly. I just bought it on ebay!
