It' the "dune du pyla" near Arcachon... it's the highest dune of Europe... I've already climbed it and I swear it's harder than I thought when I was at the bottom of the dune :wub2:

 

and here "l'île aux oiseaux" on the basin of Arcachon near Cap Ferret with her "tchanquées" huts:wink2:

This is The Hill of crosses in Lithuania. Thousands, thousands, thousand and thousands of crosses. When you see it in real, its breath taking..

Thanks for posting! it's the first time that I see something like this:shocked:

 

Believe me, it's only a really really really small part of all those crosses. And it's growing. Everybody who comes there must have to leave a cross.. It's like a tradition.
