They're called "Pastéis de Belém", basically made of puff pastry (the "outside"), and filled with a mix of cream, eggs and sugar. Then they are cooked in the hoven, and served like in that pic, or with some sugar and cinnamon on top. Oh my...I feel like eating one now!!!
