'China Boy' - the song that never was! (Project)

So today I was listening to L'amour Fait Ce Quil Veut, and I got to thinking about 'China Boy', the song that never was, and I thought wouldn't it be a cool idea if we, MFC, could complete it for ourselves? I found the Zurich 8.11.12 performance of Celebrate, where he gave fans a little snippet of a first verse:

"In this life, we must learn,
Hearts like paper rip and burn,
Don't play with fire, it's not okay,
There's a price you have to pay,
You pick me up, I become your China Boy,
You let me go, a million pieces on the floor,
Don't clean me up, leave me for the world to see,
But did you know, it was you that set me free?"

and so I set out to try and make the start of a demo with that little bit the song. Maybe we could try and write a second verse, and work out what kind of a chorus it could have. China Boy sounds like he could have been a really interesting character with a narrative behind him, not too dissimilar to Toy Boy, Word Girl and Lollipop Girl.

So are there any singers, songwriters, lyricists or producers out there who'd be interested in seeing what we could do with it? We could all send each what we come up with and create a patchwork of ideas to put into a song! 

Maybe if we all worked something out and created a finished 'China Boy' song, we could show it to Mika and it could inspire him to finish the song? Either way it could be fun!   get in touch!!!
