Wildfire
Not a clue...someone will have to ask him next time there's a chance Oh yeah, good point! That's a good question to ask.
kreacher
The movie was written by John Cameron Mitchell and Stephen Trask and here's how that specific song was supposedly written: Mika never mentionned "Hedwig and the Angry Inch" anywhere (as far as I know?) so I don't think that Origin of Love has been inspired by its eponym from the musical/movie, but it's still interesting to make connections right? I remember googling Origin of Love and finding "Hedwig and the Angry Inch" song online too but although I liked it, I would have rather heard Mika's At that time, all we knew was the title of the album or song I actually came across the Hedwig and the Angry Inch song on youtube for whatever reason, but after the album came out, and it's only then that I made the connection Now I'm left I wondering if Mika knows about this musical and if he ever made the connection himself Not a clue...someone will have to ask him next time there's a chance i researched this for the Origin Of Love's Mikapedia entry: "The Origin Of Love" is also the name of a song from the stage show Hedwig and the Angry Inch (1998) and subsequent film (2001). Stephen Trask wrote the song, which is based on a story from Plato's Symposium. In the 2012 Google+ Q&A with fans Mika talked about the song, saying that he’d heard it but the Hedwig song didn’t consciously influence his. here's the video, MFC's own Nas asked the question Edited October 27, 2016 by kreacher

I should have thought of looking for an answer in the Mikapedia Thank you
