  1. Tough one to get now . Crazy as they were sold for 10 pounds (I think) in the end , now collectable eBay 50 quid approx
  2. Last one .. for now .. thanks to Ivan (Asun's bf) for taking them
  3. Hola!!! Yes .. always so special to meet up with long known friends (and new ones) and see a different city again .. I love the whole experience I like being front row ... I know it takes hours of planning and Qing etc etc (and without sounding toooo much like an egomanic lol) .. it gives a great experience, the contact and vibe
  4. Such a long time since I did a gig report So ... we Queued from 7 am .... always fun doing that they they decide to form 3 lines to let people in, I felt like I ran a marathon to get front row (half way around the arena, down 4 flights of stairs, lights off then across the length of the floor phew!), just stage left in front of the caravan is a great spot, pleased the MFC was all around that area The support band was brilliant and already had a bond with the fans ! seemed no time at all before he came on ... brought back a lot of memories to actually see him again! He came on to NPIH, for me it was a change from the days of relax .. that energy changed to a more relaxed slower build up and it worked! ... then leading into Big Girl ! ya I was so pleased he played Promiseland, Happy Ending without the band just shows his voice is something else .. I loved that, there still seems to be a lot of songs I would really like to hear live .. but he seems to have his "old favs" and general structure .. oh and he finished with Ordinary man, very unexpected, I really saw little difference from several years ago, the energy, the voice, the engagement with the fans Afterwards I decided to hang around to meet him with everyone else, then a small little bar next to the venue grabbed my attention, next thing the fans went to another entrance so obviously he was coming out of somewhere else Staying there I got talking to some local Spanish people, it was playing Mika videos and music .. happy place to be as I waited for everyone to come back While there some members of the crew started to come over, got chatting to them and others Next table to us a guy got talking to us (our crew had returned by then) and said his friend was Mika's cousin ... did not believe him actually , so he showed us photo's backstage to prove it and gave us a couple of aftershow passes they had been to so we could keep (not us .. they went .. not us .. we did not go to an aftershow party .. repeat and read) We stayed at that bar and had a great time until late, I love hanging out with you lot (and I love Madrid too obviously), it was raining MEGA heavy when we left, the band saw us from a distance and waved at early o'clock .. but even crossing 20 meters was too much in that rain Overall just fantastic ... one of the highlights was Mika seeing Rose, sitting down and singing to her ... it was a sweet moment, also how a young child threw a puppet on the stage and he sat her on the piano Madrid is amazing, even better spending it with special friends from around the world.. will be top of my list next tour (photos of Mika singing to Rose below ... fabby) .. thanks to Asun's amazing bf for taking them ... it was BEYOND special .. I loved his beaming face .... you can see for yourselves
