i got one for my birthday!! honestly, even if you dont wear a ton of bright colors, it still looks amazing with everything. i was wearing this really vintagey bohemian looking dress when i got it with bangles oin my wrist and everything and i almost didnt put it on, but i did anyway, and i honestly wouldnt wear the outfit without it know. haha this is so funny, because when my friend joe first saw a picture of mika (the one with the coffee cup in the album book) he said "whoa, this guy looks like jesus" haha so that ^^ made me giggle

i rediscovered the decemberists recently and listened to the crane wife nonstop, so that took over mika for a little bit, but then i craved him again, so that was probably like a week, but... now i'm right back where i started!!

on august 10, good morning america is hosting a mika concert at 7 am in bryant park, nyc. it's free!! i'm going, and i couldn't not share it with you. i just found out and i was like "to the mfc!!" hope you all can make it!

you'll love it! he is absolutely amazing june 15= best night of my life i'm just wondering if anyone here saw me at the concert. i was with one other girl and my mom. my friend and i both had white t-shirts with hand-made MIKA and designs sewn on, shorts, leggings and alot of jewelery. i have side bangs and they were up with a blue headband. we came late (stupid beiber bus got us there an HOUR AND A HALF LATE) i'll post pictures soon as well i saw someone with some kind of head band with wiggly sparkly things on top and a girl with like white marie antoinette-ish hair in a nice pink dress those are the only people i remember

^^ haha it was great. stuck in the middle is my absolute FAVORITE song of his, so i was pretty much screaming my head off when he played it. and ya know it starts off "i sit and think about the day that you're gonna die" and he was justing bouncing around on his piano bench singing that and he was fine, but then when he started the second verse "i look at you, you look at me we bite eachother" instead of singing that he sang the first line again "i sit and think..." but he realized quickly and did that cute giggle/roll his eye thing and then kept singing. haha it made my night. oh also, i have to add, the swatch store is right across the street from the theater and guess which swatch was right displayed in the middle? MIKA'S BIRD ONE!!!! It was awesome!!! i was going to take a picture but... I actually don't remember why I didn't. lol anyways....

INCREDIBLE that's the only word i can think of to describe this concert, but that doesn't do it justice at all. this man... he's just.... there's no word for it. favorite moments- extremely random but amazingly awesome and mika-ish break dancers mika forgetting the words to stuck in the middle mika taking off his shirt and banging on a huge drum and spinning around acting like the freaking messiah mika playing with his braces/suspenders during big girl mika singing that song that i don't know the title of "some of them want to use you, some of them want to be used by you..." mika calling himself a gypsy the finale he is the most gorgeous, talented, breathtaking, exhilirating person i've ever seen, and this experience was simply INCREDIBLE my pics kind of suck REALLY badly, but i took some pictures and some video (i actually took a whole 2GB card full which is 1600 pictures worth) and i will post them on here

ahhh baklava is almost as sweet as mika

i may have an extra ticket for june 15, but i have to talk to my to see what she wants to do about it

so on youtube i just go to mikaobsessed and search for the confessions video? ooh i can't wait for all of this mika in actual movement! HAHA you guys will certainly understand this. (sorry, i was reminded when i wrote the word "movement") so i randomly get these mikagasms (only way to explain it) during the day about going to the concert. so i was in the car with my friend (who is going with me) and we are going shopping to get clothes for the concert and we are listening to LICM (of course:mf_rosetinted: ) but i'm not overly crazy, just smiling. but then all of the sudden, i just screamed, "OH MY GOD WE ARE ACTUALLY GOING TO SEE HIS HAIR FLOPPING AROUND!" haha it was wonderful, and that fact alone has probably made me more excited for this than i have been for anything in my life

so, as i'm sure you all know by now (cause i haven't stopped blabbing about it:biggrin2: ) i am seeing mika on june 15 in nyc!! i am going with my best friend who also loves mika and we are both EXTREMELY excited. but you see, i am a much bigger fan. she has never even see him in an interview or concert online! she's busy, we'll forgive her. lol. but on june 15, she'll be over at my house the whole day before we leave and i wanted to share with her the really good ones (interviews and concert clips, mainly interviews) as i have, in fact, only seen about 10 or so, and i know that i have missed many of the "classics" per say, i was wondering of you guys could give me some that we should definitely check out. thank you sooo much!!

oh my god i will tell you guys every last thing. i wish i could take every single mfcer with me!! it doesn't seem fair! you guys are my mika family... i'll post like 1000000000000 pictures and i will literally give you a second by second run down of EVERYTHING!!! i love you all for understanding my excitement!!!! i can't wait to show you all my outfit. i can't post it until after the show because of my mom. lol here's the conversation ME: mom, can you take a picture of me in my mika outfit to post on mfc? MOM: no, that's dangerous, i don't want people recognizing you at the concert ME: i would just tell them not to come over if they recognize me, they'd be cool with it MOM: no, i don't want your picture on the internet. i'll take a picture of just your clothes if you want ME: why would that be any different!? they would still be able to recognize me from that! MOM: yes, well then nothing's going online ME: AH! but they're all amazing! they're my family! mika fans aren't creepy MOM: i'm sure they arent, but who knows who else looks at that website, its a bunch of girls ME: mika wouldn't allow that *storms off*

yes, but... (hate to be the party pooper) even though i KNOW that no-one would try to hurt our dear mika, it wouldn't be very smart of him to eat something that someone handmade. you all know the trick-or-treating rule... no wrapper=no eat!
