I am a late joiner for this club, but better late then never. I have 4 kids. The guys are 23, 21 and 10 and my daughter is 17. Parenthood can be awesome but very challenging! I am in the US. My 10 yr old is also a Mika addict and went to his concert in Chcago with me. Some peeps think its a bit odd that I am soo addicted to Mika-but I really don't care. LOL:thumb_yello:

Gonna be tough to beat Depp I think. Even though he is more my age and is quite funny and clever, Mika is definately more sexy! So I'm gonna keep voting.

I voted-If I back space and vote again does it count?

You know what is so cool about your picture with Mika Suzy? It makes you feel like hes looking right at whomever looks at the picture! So then I can pretend he is looking at me!

I didn't get to meet him either due to the lateness of the hour and having my son with me. It's just another Mika goal for the future-and as if we need a reason-an excuse to go see him again. Oh and Mandilambi meeting Mika is also on you tube.

I am going through withdrawal definately but the MFC is awesome! And Suzy, with your pics and Mandis and everyone else who took awesome shots I get to relive it and annoy my family with my "Oh, I didn't show you this one yet-you HAVE to see it". LOL:mf_lustslow:

Could be that she does that to keep you talking or maybe just messing with you, trying to make you crazy (lol). That's one mom secret. Also, ask her what music she is or was into and that might help. Oh and make sure she knows that his mom goes to his concerts - I personally witnessed her coming out of the van in Chicago.

Gosh I feel old! Shoulda gotten someone younger and cuter to pretend they were me. Luckily my mind doesn't recognize my age.

I would say try it - but the dc peeps are saying that he has a chest infection, so now I'm not so sure. But it sure would be tempting.

That is so kewl they let the MFC peeps back there-How sweet is he to not feel well and still do all he did. Glad the concert was great!

The sad part is a few hours ago I was thinking 24 hours ago I was in the same room as Mika-sigh-tomorrow it will be 48 hours-Fall 2007 come quick!!

HeHe I grabbed the confetti and saved some too. Sara was great. We ended up on the stage mid to almost left side(audience right). I was about three back while my son was in the front. The other cover he sang was from Michael Jackson. We had disposable cameras and not sure how they are going to turn out so thank you thank you to those posting pix. I wish we had met you other MFC peeps. A bigger group photo would have been awesome. Plus its neat how different we all are but how we all share a bond of love for Mika and his talent:wub2:

I made it home tonight-still tired but on a high-anyone know if Mel got home yet? Mika took her flowers while he was on stage - she was so excited. Jealous you guys got to talk to Mika but sooo happy for you. I had to still take trains and buses back to where i was staying and my son was exhausted, but very happy in his Mika shirt clutching a busted balloon. Finally got back to where we were staying at almost 1 AM. Hope he does come to St. Lou, that would be aweswome! Glad I met 3 MFC peeps anyway. Oh those girls that danced during Big Girls were those ones a few behind us in line and they just got picked. Ones name was Amy(the longer haired one). Amazing show-well worth the drive, wait, and annoying line thing right before we went in.
