The Nokia theater is divided into two sections. The section closest to the stage is standing room only. It looks like a big ballroom with hardwood floors, and it's set into the ground a bit, compared to the level that you come into the room on. Behind that there is a walkway, followed by seats set up like a movie theater so you can sit and watch if you like.
I saw Panic! At the Disco there last summer, and the tickets had seat numbers on them, just like the Mika tickets do. It doesn't mean anything. Just get there early for a good spot!
