Hi all. I have 2 tickets to see Patrick Wolf in Vancouver on Oct. 12 at the Plaza Nightclub, but none of my friends are interested in Patrick. Any Vancouver Mika fans like to join me? I have to say I am one of Mika/Patrick's oldish fans (51!) but still young at heart:biggrin2: If you're interested let me know. Also, there are still tickets available at TicketMaster, so perhaps it would be fun to have a get-together of Mika/Patrick fans in Vancouver (altho I have a feeling that particular hybrid is very rare:naughty: As you can see from my siggie I am STILL pissed off at Patrick for you-know-what....but not enough to keep me from seeing him...

Here's the interview where he says he may leave the love theme behind when he makes the video for happy ending. question - isn't it his brother who does the background vocals on happy ending? I think so, but I've loaned my cd so can't check.

Hey DaMango! (Yeah, West Coast Mike Fans!) While on the subject of celebrity cat fights....remember awhile back when it was reported Mika had called the Scissor Sisters "mediocre" -- I've always wondered if Mika really said it because it really doesn't sound like something he'd say. Anybody know if he did? I could never find the source. Anyway, that got patched up, so I'm hoping the Patrick thing will as well. I can understand someone not liking Mika's music, but how could he possibly see Mika as phoney? Baffling....

So sad to read this as I like Patrick alot....and I'd just begun to forgive him for cancelling the Vancouver concert with 3 hours notice:sneaky2: But I think he's kinda prone to these outbursts....let's see what happens. By the way, this is my first post -- but I've been around the site since my Mike dependency first took hold in March so I feel like I know everyone....
