After weeks of not having seen my dear part-time cat, she stepped by to greet me again!! That really made my day Just look at how pretty she is!!

My favourite so far is By The Time.. it reminded me a bit of Tori Amos, especially where he sings 'Don't wake me up'. Just think it's very beautiful and can't wait to hear the complete album!

NNOOOOOOO!!!!!! I always HATE it when men cut their long manes.. especially when they are too gorgeous (means: curly, having a great hairdo etc..) Why do they cut it at all then? Oh, how I'd like to tell him what a waste it is, because really.. it takes longer to grow it back than to cut it unfortunately. Oh, how I'd like to such guys for ruining their own looks!

His hair absolutely is! Apart from the colour though.. Mika's hair is a tad darker of course..

Now THIS is why I like my men 'curly haired'! It looks really sexy, classy and sophisticated at the same time! I have met the most gorgeous guy in the world months ago at work.. He was an intern at our courthouse which means he worked for us for only ten weeks and he's off to Sweden now for study.. Poor me, but... he's got all of my personalia, so he knows where to find me whenever he wants to! Why I am going crazy over that guy? Just because he's got the most incredible curls I've ever seen, the most beautiful blue eyes, he's very smart (he studies European Law), well dressed and he is really sophisticated! Just the way I like my men best!!

So, you're a sucker for them too I see? Thought I was 'alone' in that, hahaha.

NOW my photographer's eye is triggered! As mentioned before: I love black & white pictures and I think that me and my Nikon D40 do pretty well together, but pics like these are just too good. I could never take one like that.. Maybe if I practised a little more..

My vote definitely goes to these pics since I am very fond of black & white photography and yes.. Mika sticks really well to most photographer's lenses. He would to mine for sure!

Wow! thanks everybody for all the nice comments. You sure know how to make someone feel welcome I am still trying to find my way through the forums as I am not online much lately. Life's a busy bitch sometimes.. But being here makes for a wonderful distraction! Thanks again and I'll join you on this great rollercoaster ride now

@ Jose: I guess we need to tie some girls to their chairs in order to keep them from 'sliding off' while looking at all these pictures... I find Mika a very attractive guy and I wouldn't run away if I was to run into him someday, but I'm not drooling over him the way some people would, but that's OK!! At least I'm not 15 anymore

Awesome! The first picture comes from an article in a Dutch magazine. It was fun reading that 'intro' to the article.

I have found some VERY interesting pictures here and well, since I have 'a thing' for men with curls it's no real punishment to look at all these pictures

Hi, Since I am a newbie on the forum as well as the club, I thought it'd be nice to introduce myself. I'm a 26 year old 'younglady' from Holland who has first heard of Mika in 2007. Just saw some of his videos on MTV and another Dutch music channel. Have always liked his songs as they are very happy sounding but never really took the time to 'dive' into it, really.. But I went to see his gig at the Westerpark in Amsterdam with a close friend last July and ever since I am totally hooked on his music! Never in my life have I seen such a fun gig with so much colour and good vibes in the audience. It was brilliant and Mika's band is really good too. They made things sound very funky which I love.. So I am hoping to find a lot of interesting reads to sink my teeth into and to get to know you better too. I have seen some of your names on Mika's blog too, which makes it all seem like a small community. I am also hoping to be enjoying myself a lot here, so I am off to the other forums and see what's in there for me to read.. Bye for now and cheers! Margaret.
