  1. Do you know that on other concerts (I mean for example the summer festivals) are always some meet and greet session, too? I am wondering to going to pinkpop or to France, but that is so different and also in the middle of the day and I am not quite sure, where would be a meet and greet on that locations... I am reading your posts and I feel so dumb that I didn't wait there after the HMH show, but I had no idea how it works so I went home...
  2. For me... any other world is about someone who is lonely but realizes that he needs to be happy and more open towards other people because "lonely is so lonely" - this is why he needs to smile and try to mean it, because other people like people who are happy and smiling. And he realizes that ok, maybe he is not always happy, but he must pretend it to have more friends. And "in any other world you could tell the difference" means for me that in any other world we shouldn't preted to be happy to get more friends. And the bitter, bitter man is God. This is just how I feel... but this is my favorite song, anyway.
  3. I agree with that. I would also like to see Mika once maybe in a small club, unplugged, or whatever, with just a single piano and some more talking. Sometimes I think we needed more speeches between the songs to have our right interpretation.
  4. Hi there, I usually do not post here but now after yesterday I'll try it... I liked the show very much. I really loved the pre-show and the aria, and the whole concept of the show. Dance Macabre, isn't it? Something medieval in the 21st century - this is why I love this guy. I feel sometimes that what he does - especially on the stage, and so on, for example the murdering of the band and himself has a higher level artistic meaning and sometimes I am not quite sure that this meaning is properly reflected by the audience, but anyway, hey, this is the strange and weird thing what he does: sometimes singing about really, really sad things with a happy music - but at that time I do not really know how to respond, how can I be happy when someone says me something sad...? So... It would be great to hear about how you feel and live up these controversies? Anyway, a great and memorable performance and memory for me and I feel good that I was there... well done.
  5. hi I hope I post in the right thread... I am from the Netherlands and at the moment a bit lost here, but I'll try to read everything asap Oh, and I've heard MIKA on the radio, then I've bought his albums - and I realized just a couple of minutes ago that I've missed his concert here in Amsterdam - so I was looking for tour dates - that is how I've found your site...
