@silver I was teaching children where Halloween comes from and I prepared pretty interesting lessons I guess because children had a lot of qustions about it and simply having fun. Sadly our two teachers who are teaching our religion at schol were telling these poor children very awful things about Halloween, such as they will go to hell if they practise this holiday or that it's devil's holiday. Some children were crying because of that and got frightned. Sometimes I cannot believe  in how backward country I live

@Dominika Most Christian festivals are linked to "pagan" festivals, because the early Christians realised that rather than compete with traditional festivals, it was better to adapt them.  The old religions didn't have the concept of hell, so they have nothing to do with the devil.
