    I love that piece! Never heard of the fruit before but it seems really interesting. Is Mercado Central like a museum or something?

    Oh that's a good point, I hadn't thought of it since the situation's a bit different these days. Mika is, in fact, living in the future. That explains his warped conception of time.

    My thoughts exactly. I guess it's always a bit risky to joke around on the internet since people don't have the same cues (facial expressions, tones of voice) as they do in real life. It's hard to judge what's a joke and what's not, what's meant as a funny remark and what's a mean one. Hmm... Nope, sorry. I've tried to understand these glasses, I really have, but they just don't look good on anyone. Not even on Mika. Maybe it's because it brings back memories from the late 90's/early 00's when people thought they were living in the future and wore similar glasses.

    Ditto! I'd also like to add that I don't want to feel bad about myself just because I point out an item of clothing and say I don't like it or that it doesn't really suit Mika. I guess you could argue about whether or not it's judgmental but I've never thought this thread was about bashing Mika's choices. I don't sense any malice so I'm not sure what the problem is. For me, the thread is all about this...

    I'm okay, thanks! I just need to get a lot of schoolwork done this weekend and next week and I'm really not looking forward to getting started on it :crybaby: After I graduate I'm NEVER studying again!

    It's the cover of No More Stories, only with different colours. They actually received a lot of criticism because of the album cover, people seem to think it's rather ugly. I like it, it's cute.

    I've been listening to Mew's Frengers alot lately and I'm currently in love with this song, it's so beautiful it hurts. There's an official video for the song too but it's a shorter version so I'm linking the original one. [YOUTUBE]DnAt0xpO2HU[/YOUTUBE] I love listening to these guys in winter time, their songs are a perfect combination of melancholy and warmth.

    YOU MADE IT! It's finally Friday! :yay: I know what you mean with that emotional and physical breakdown, although mine is almost never related to exams since we have them so rarely. It's usually the essays and other huge assignments that kill me. :naughty:

    Aww don't worry about Monday! You're a cool chica, you've got nothing to worry about :hug: I remember my first day in my current school, I was really nervous too but I met some nice people already on the first day and by the end of the week I was already settled in. You'll be fine! :biggrin2:

    Well I wasn't all that excited about going to school but I ended up having a good day, apart from having a migraine after lunch. :doh:

    OMG that's so exciting! :boing: I'm sure once your nerves settle you'll enjoy meeting others. :wink2: And you'll always have your friend there with you, even if she's in another class. :biggrin2:

    I voted based on the times I've played the tracks on my music library: the three with most plays are Step With Me, Lola and Overrated. I agree with Dreamy_Queen though. The more I listen to the album the harder it is to pick a favourite track. If I had to pick three based on which ones I like right now I'd probably say Kids, MYH and OOL. I'm still not a fan of Heroes, Popular or LYWID (although the acoustic version of LYWID is gorgeous).
