I think you use 'est-ce que' to a question that answers to yes or no. as in, est-ce que vous avez..? (is it that you have..?)

yeah, but there's a lot of tough competition in that world. you have to be really good. I just took Psych because it has a wide range of jobs, and income sources. I'd want to go to a MIKA concert before I write. get the creative juices flowing, you know?
