    It is great news about The Piano but I guess for a second series they might have to change the format, I can't see the element of surprise working again when people might have already seen the first series and know what to expect. Would still love Mika and Lang Lang to do it again though!

    Had a thunderstorm this afternoon but luckily no power outage. When the power does go I always feel bad because I'm pretty sure my house alarm is the only one on the street that goes off 😅

    Just to add, 'Sky Arts' doesn't have a free catch up service. Some of it's programs are added to NowTV which you need a paid membership for. I can't record the program myself so I hope someone who's good with TV tech might be able to do it using a smart TV and a hard drive. Of course this all depends if Mika is actually filmed! Still can't find any information that he will be.

    I dreamt last night that I was in a small theatre with a small group of Mika fans. We were all stood in a circle with Mika in the middle and he was taking song requests from us! He came round to me and asked what I'd like to hear him sing. I asked if he'd sing Dr. John because I hadn't heard it live before. He gave me a bit of a confused look as if to say "Why would I sing that?!", but he did agree to sing it! Mika did say though that the song would have sounded better if he wore the rainbow feather coat but he didn't have time to go and find it!

    As @Prisca and @Hero requested I shall share my banana tree story! I got a 'Grow Your Own Banana Tree' kit for my 6th birthday. This was not long after moving into a new house (where I still live now). A nice clean house... I was really excited about growing my own bananas and my Mum had said she'd help me with the kit when we had a bit more time and once we had made room in the garden. I was an impatient child... So of course I took it upon myself to open the kit on my own. In the kitchen. At the kitchen sink.... Can you see where this is going yet? The kit came with seeds, soil and some other kind of substrate that you're supposed to mix all together in a pot. I did not read the instructions... I put everything in a small pot without mixing, placed the pot in the sink and added water... Whatever that other substrate was, as soon as it got wet it began to EXPAND! By this time my Mum must have heard me from the other room and came in to see what I was up to. Within minutes the sink was nearly full, and I hadn't put the plug hole in... One plumber, 2 hours and around £100 later we had a new pipe fitted and anything left of the banana tree was swiftly put in the bin! I've never had a 'Grow Your Own Tree' kit since and it's probably best I never do! 🙈 😂

    Wasn't sure where to mention this so I hope it's appropriate here. This Sunday from 7pm the UK TV channel 'Sky Arts' will be broadcasting the Isle of Wight festival live! (at least I think it's live). The TV schedule goes from 7pm - 12am, in the TV magazine I have it doesn’t mention Mika but it might be worth a watch for anyone not going! For anyone who is going watch out for a camera crew! I hope it does get filmed!

And with Mika I guess we can never be sure of song lyrics until an official release, it might not even be bananas! 😆 My mind can't help changing the words though. I go from "sweet banana" to "cheeky banana" then to "risky banana"! Please Mika, we need the full song! 🍌 🍌 🍌 🍌 Also I think it might be a good idea if a mod could change the thread title here, maybe just add "Sweet Banana???" at the end?

    Thanks for sharing! It's just like what he did for Yo-Yo, which makes me wonder if this song will be released soon or if he'll perform it live next time he's in France 🤔 Also, I absolutely love the set design, it's beautiful! What a wonderful way to honor his mother ❤

    WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT THE NEW SONG? 🍌 🍌 🍌 🍌 Does anyone have a full clip of it or can share any words about what Mika has said about it? All I know is that it was bananas! 😁 I hope it sang it while wearing the yellow suit! 💛
