Seeing his expressions performing this has ten folds the effect of just listening to it๐Ÿ˜ญ "You knew that I adored ya.. but you left me in Georgia.. Toys are not sentimental.. How could I be for rental?" ๐Ÿ˜ข These verses and the melody there + his warm voice always get me emotional ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ข This is absolutely one of his most beautiful songsโค๏ธ Thank you for sharing this โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ
  5. Hey everyone โ˜บ๏ธ Mika has many songs that feel touching and would make you shed good tears.. But I think the songs that feel rather the saddest to me and would always make me want to curl up and cry are Toy Boy and No place in heaven, I straight up couldn't listen to toy boy alot at the time it would trigger some painful feelings (which is strange given that Mika's music is the only music I could listen to when I felt down and would make me feel upbeat even if the song is suppose to be sad) I guess it was only Toy Boy that felt that way to me, that made me want to avoid listening to it alot at the beginning, and sometimes, No place in heaven ( that being said, Toy Boy is also one of my fav songs of him in that album)

  7. Hello everyone! My name is Evergreen from Sudan, I'm 28, I've just joined the forum and I'm happy to do so๐Ÿ˜Š I'm also in the discord server. I hope everyone is safe where they are during these difficult times. So I've loved Mika's music since I was 15(2007), the last 5-7 years or so I've been a bit too busy though.. life, academics and work so unfortunately I have not always been up to date with all of Mika's work, but here I am for good this time๐Ÿ˜!. This quarantine is a perfect time to revive old passions and interests. For me Mika's music (aside from the fact that it's a work of an artistic genius) has alot of nostalgia attached to it, it's also been very helpful during difficult times through out my adolescence and it still brings me so much joy๐Ÿ’— I have never had the chance to be to one of his concerts/live shows before though(those of you who have, you lucky fellas!) given where I live and the fact that I've not been able to travel toany countries where he'd had his shows for the past years (again work and academics๐Ÿ˜ญ). I am definitely looking forward for such a chance in the futureโค๏ธ Nice to be amongst you all
