    I love this song. I don't speak French, so I rely entirely on the translation here. My first thought was WOW! He has come such a long way from BOUM BOUM BOUM to this one. For me, Apocalypso Calypso is sensual and sexy, with a ton of tension and energy. And it is open to so many interpretations. Maybe the apocalypse is more like the end of a relationship, not the end of the world. We are heading to an unavoidable disaster, and the only force that keeps us together is our physical affection. Listening to this song feels like listening to a very intimate conversation between 2 people. I love the mix of the feelings this song awakes in me: it's something between it's beautiful and Oh! But I must admit that I'm a bit scared now. Every time my students want something from me, they play Mika songs before classes to put me in a good mood, and after explaining to them what "from my Jimmy to my jaw" means, I pray that Sweetie Banana will be entirely in French.

    By saying " when you are dressed for lunch in New York," I think he meant wearing sharp clothes ( as they both do in the picture) like people who go to nice restaurants or clubs. So this post is about the dress code and wearing pretty strange outfits for the walk in the forest, and it is difficult to guess where he is or was ( for me, there is no chance that this is NY because he is with the dogs). He may be taking a break before the storm as he keeps posting from the forest. His hair looks gorgeous, so ( based on my own curly hair experience) I guess he is in a very humid area ;-)

    I feel the same. I just think that something big is going to happen(mikasoon), and he stays away from social media just in case... . Some secrets can slip here and there...

    Mika mentioned a couple of times that he works under the others' names/ pseudonyms. One of them was Alice. Is there a discussion on the forum about that?

    I'm afraid we won't see him on social media for a while... I believe he did everything he could, and there were no other solutions. I feel that at this point, any explanations and more info will just multiply the conspiracy theories of the real reasons behind this decision and fuel the hate in social media comments. I planned to go to Rome from Thailand, and I canceled this a while ago. I can't imagine what the fans who bought plane tickets and made the hotel bookings feel now... hugs to these disappointed fans.

    For me as well, it sounds a bit like hurts. But this song also reminds me of Without Her in some parts. I love the mooooooooorning part :-) I was sure that he is singing Sold my halo for someone Who needs wings when fearless fun but after reading the lyrics here I hear "they're less fun'" as well

    I have seen only two episodes, but I'm pretty sure that's not him. When he performs, everything counts, every detail is essential, clothes, gestures, facial expressions... The program's format is not just for him as the masked singer can't really reveal his/her true self on the stage.

    I just watched a series recommended by Mika: Big Little Lies. Currently, I'm reading the book which he mentioned a few times, " The Tao of Pooh" I really enjoyed both the book and the series, and I'm just wondering what you discovered after it was mentioned by Mika. Any interesting books, movies, artists? I saw his old Instagram post where he talked about JoJo Rabbit - that's next on my list.

    I got spoilt by recent Mika posts and miss a little update, is he still in Paris? and I'm also thinking about the quiet before the storm post - is it the Eurovision and Piano tour, or will he reveal more surprises?

    Maybe he want to test few of new bits during gigs, to see if they are good enough to go on new album? Fingers crossed that he will release the album in this year

    I'm a new fan, so I'm not sure if I'm right on this one, but is this the first Christmas without his mother? If yes, It must be tough for him, so his disappearance and lack of Christmas positive updates are understandable.
