A couple of my favorite Christian bands are Newsong and Third Day. Also, one of my favorite Christian movies is Joshua. If you've never seen it, you have to. It's wonderful. Third Day even makes an appearance in it.

Hope everyone is doing well today. :biggrin2:

:jawdrop: I did not know that!!! How did I not know that???

Charlottechristy, we have even more things in common. :biggrin2:

does anyone know about mika?:wub2:

i always thought he was jewish

am i wrong?

I know! For some reason, I thought he was Jewish too. And my friend randomly asked me if he was Jewish. She said she wondered, because she knew someone from Lebanon who was Jewish. So we looked it up on wikipedia, and apparently there's not that many Jews.

But Mika is Roman Catholic.:wink2:

Awesome! Yeah, I love when you find out you have more in common with a person other than MIKA. How are you doing today? I'm looking up flights for my Glasgow trip. I just can't wait to go. I don't even want to work. :biggrin2:

He said so in an interview with Popworld, I believe.

I mean, I know he said it, but I'm not sure if it was PW or not.

...Great is the Lord!!!

I really love this song. I sang it in italian and in english in my church...

Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise

The city of our God, the holy place

The joy of the whole earth

Great is the Lord in whom we have the victory

He aids us against the enemy

We bow down on our knees

And Lord, we want to lift Your name on high

And Lord, we want to thank You

For the works You've done in our lives

And Lord, we trust in Your unfailing love

For You alone are God eternal

Throughout earth and heaven above

So anyone do anythink at church sunday? We had a harvest festival. We had alot of scarecrows in St Marys on sunday.

We're currently doing a 4 part series on "Hot Potatoes"... areas the Church often avoids... sex (before marriage, adultery, addiction); abortion etc.

It's fairly full on, and at times confronting, but good. People need to hear it.
