Found this, it's not a lot but it says it was posted 4 hours ago... There's a pic of one of the pieces of art work that I couldn't include in the article so just click on the link.

When does creative become art? When does art become creative?

Whatever the answer, good creative deserves credit. And it gets it, but not enough.

There are numerous award ceremonies. But one night of celebrations. A flash in the pan. And that’s it.

Not here though. Here at utalkmarketing.com you can access excellent and inspiring creative 24/7 365.

Now here’s an idea. When you think your creative is a work of art, why not hang it in an art gallery.

Popster Mika is doing just that. He is launching a major exhibition of the art created around the release of his debut album ‘Life in Cartoon Motion’.

It’ll be showing at London’s trendy Blink Gallery in the heart of Soho for just three frenzied days, July 11-14.

There’ll be original paintings, sketches and drawings that went into his artwork as well as other art pieces he has created over the years.

It will be co-curated by Mika, the artist Da Wack (Mika’s sister who painstakingly hand-paints his designs) and the design company Airside (Lemon Jelly, Pet Shop Boys etc) who help turn Mika’s art into sleeve designs.

Walls, windows and doors are all going to be painted in abstract psychedelic murals, so visitors can step into ‘Mika-world’.

Mika says, “I created a world for my music to exist within and we wanted to allow people to immerse themselves in this via this exhibition.

“It is important to create an exiting environment. I want it to feel like you are walking into the ‘world of Mika’. Colourful, psychedelic and irreverent, not serious and stuffy like a boring gallery."

Whatever next? Campbell’s soup cans in galleries? Boxes of Brillo pads…
