Marmite is a spread basically made from the leftovers of beer making, the yeast extract. It's full of nutrients and I like it spread thinly on toast.

The advertising here says you either love it or hate it.

i think u can find in all supermarket

i found out that actually it's placed on the shelf around peanut butter :roftl:

so weird i always buy peanut butter from the shelf but i never have intention to know what the hell is next to until i discover this stuff here..
