Yelle gig in London, May 21st

Hellooo fine and kind people of MFC!

 

I saw today that Yelle is doing a gig in London this Wednesday, and I'm considering going, as there still seem to be tickets available for it.

 

I thought that maybe some other Mika fans would be interested?

 

The gig is at Proud Gallery, Camden, and it all starts at 7 pm. Not quite sure around what time Yelle will be on, as there seems to be a support act, and some DJ's as well, and the whole thing ends at 2 am.

Hopefully they wouldn't leave Yelle for the end though:naughty:.

So are any of the Londoners interested?

 

(I suppose that I could throw in there that there may always be the very slight possibility of a certain curly-haired guy going to check her out...)

She's good! Good fun and very vibey. Definitely worth seeing live!

I think that you may need to look into swapping your tick for SFG for another day:fisch:...you know that you can do that in ticketmaster, right?

(I know that it's not a competition, but I can't help but compare them, as they've been support at most Mika gigs I went to)

Nice try. Luke didn't even show up to see Ross Copperman so that seems unlikely.

 

Yelle was great in a small venue though. It was like a mini Mika concert.

 

I like Palladium but think they work better on a big stage.

I didn't like Yelle that much when she was supporting for mika, cause I didn't now her songs yet but after the gig I started listening to her songs and thats when I really started liking her.. ( same thing with alphabeat, though I like them more then Yelle )

I never saw Alphabeat but I'd love to...Unfortunately they are playing in June in London on a day when I will be out of the country

 

I quite liked Yelle from the first time I saw her doing the support for Mika cause she's very bouncy and funny on stage, and I find the music quite "fun", and I'm looking forward to tonight!

 

Danika...enjoy SFG!! I also wish I could see them!!
