but u can also fast like once a week to "lose weight" and stuff

 

But why would you fast to lose weight? People are meant to eat, so why deprive your body of food? (If it's a religious thing then that's different)

 

 

There is such thing as exercise and eating healthily as a way of losing weight.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And as you can tell I like my food too much to even consider starving myself. Or exercise... or healthy food. I like me the way I am.
