Mici
Oh yes I love Velvet Goldmine Since Bowie is in it I think we can count Labyrinth as a glammovie too! I've never had a chance to watch Labyrinth, will have to take a look. How about Mott the Hoople? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XT54T42ldec
Queenie
Well, i never consider Moot The Hoople as glam imo, but hey! they´re from the 70s and they were cool (and Mick Ronson played with them! ) David Bowie - John, i´m only dancing --> http://es.youtube.com/watch?v=ihKvWaVK-_I Queen - Killer Queen --> http://es.youtube.com/watch?v=MMz-wi50ACU And don´t forget about Mick Rock. He was the glam photographer, and he took amazing pics of these amazing bands. Specially HIM and..THEM (you know where my weakness comes from...) http://www.mickrock.com
rockinbabzz
I like Mott the Hoople! They were considered kinda glam, or at least some of there stuff Mici you should really check out Labyrinth! Bowie plays a wicked goblin king with awesome hair (There's also cool Jim Henson puppets in it, it's basically just a genius movie even apart from gorgeous Mr Bowie )
Diana
I'm still intrigued by the bulge in that movie. (Everyone that's seen it knows what I'm talking about. The area.)

Thanks for the recommendation, when i'll find a free moment i'll surly check the movie out.
Queenie
Actually, All The Young Dudes was written by Bowie and he sings the backing vocal. He produced that album and played saxophone on it

rockinbabzz
This thread needs a serious bump. I found a gorgeous Sweet LP on the second hand market and a Suzi Quatro one too. But seriously, weren't The Sweet just pure love? They aren't as genius and original as Bolan and Bowie but they are just sooo glammy and awesome and gorgeous! :mf_lustslow:
