Pam Travers Posted September 16, 2008 Share Posted September 16, 2008 there is something i never understood about that, straight girls who want him SO BAD to be gay, why? what kind of happiness will it bring to their lives? as i said before it was one of my dreams that someone like him would be bi or straight just to piss off people who think that you can only be gay if you dress this way etc. just like bowie did at the time, bowie and some others. but of course it would have been just a super extra to the rest, this said as a person, regarding his personal life it absolutely doesnt matter to me, thats not of my ****ing business, now we all know who he is with, i just hope he will play the game with the medias by kissing girls from time to time in front of a camera just for the world learning to be a little bit more tolerant, a little less judgemental. i really honestly think it can help. I don't think it would create more tolerance unless he is in fact bi or straight, in which case I suppose it's not a game. 20 or 30 years ago gay celebs kissed (not to mention married) women in order to accommodate the world's homophobia. If anyone was doing this now and it was later revealed that they were gay, they would just appear as if they'd been cowering in the closet.
