I used english black pudding, english sausages and english smoked bacon. From english stores. So...indeed not typical dutch!! I love english breakfast! I eat english breakfast like twice a year or something, but I do love it.' In Dutch we actually say what it IS, the word for the black pudding is just telling... I did have something scottish...some fruitcake (HEHAHAHA sounds nice:roftl:). Don't remember the name of it, but I do remember that the one who made it, has been working on it for hours and hours! Yes, true, if you don't think too much about it. I don't eat it often anymore, but used to like it fried with potatoes when I was a child. My grandparents had their own pigs and this was one of the special dishes after one of them was butchered. Along with sausage soup, of which I think there are very few things in the world yuckier than that. Pigs blood .. yes tis true Yummy though People in the UK from Yorkshire eat it un cooked ....
