Parlament would meet in a Big Top, with circus acts inbetween the boring political stuff. Da Wack and Sophie Blackall would do a 'Create a World Flag' project, and come up with an awesome flag between them! Mika's mum would be his 'First Lady' Perez would be his Vice President There would be no Defence Ministry, because with Mika as president, we would have Peace on Earth! The inside colour scheme will probably be down to Mika's Mum. I wonder what she'll choose. Whatever she chooses, it is sure to be a great Penniman family home for when President Penniman is in America. When he's in England, his residence would have to be... Buckingham Palace.
