Listened all last night and couldn't wait to put the disc in my car to listen to it this morning. Unfortunately I don't the answer to your question. I am sure if someone here knows they will help you.  I love TBWKTM!! I still can't choose a favourite track. But it annoyed me so much when I went to get it - that it was stuffed in a little corner and there were only two copies of the deluxe edition- I took them both- one for a friend.
