About his legs... I think it's a problem called "I don't know what to do with my body when I'm in front of the cameras". I heard that there's no treatment. If you think of Madonna's song Ray of Light, you get the idea of the ambient sound that is characteristic of his style. Besides that, he produced Blur's album '13'.
