You did put it there, don't deny it. You're just that frisky.

Yeah the blazers were mingz, I thought I wouldn't mention that :lmfao:

In a way you are lucky because you don't have to look like an idiot. :mikacool:

But in another way I don't have to worry about what to wear on a morning.:naughty:

That's why I liked that time when we had uniforms but I'm glad we don't wear them anymore because I'm sure our uniforms looked way more idiot than yours. :mikacool:

Anyone knowing anything about cellmembrans, ammoniac, and centrifuging?

...have heard about that last year :naughty:

edit: oh wait now we're having a lesson in biology about centrifuging i guess xDD

So tell me if you have water, Bicarbonate, yeast and ammoniac and you mix them together and then add neutral red (pH indicator

) to it so the solution turn orangeyellow, and then you centrifuge it. Why is the yeast red? In my opinion it should be orange :mf_rosetinted:

Anyone good with computing stuff? :3

It depends on what sort of computing things :aah:

State three differences between a desktop and laptop :3

I know I've studied this, just have to remember it :aah:

A desktop is bigger

a desktop has speakers, screen, mouse and keyboard separated. A laptop has everything build in. A laptop is portable and often have less inputs/outputs than a desktop, and sometimes laptops don't have dvd or cd readers :aah:

Don't think this is the answers you want though? :aah:

Thanks but I got there in the end :aah:

The trend difference in atomic radius between Ne and Na?

Aren't they different though because Ne is a noble gas? So it doesn't follow the across the period/down the group pattern? UGH :hair:

Finally something I know :mf_rosetinted:

If i understood the question right they are different because Na is in period three so it has three electron shells, but Ne is in period 2 so it has only two electron shell and are therefore smaller.

So

Ne periode 2 - 2 electron shells

Na periode 3 - 3 electron shells

the more electron shells you have the bigger the atomic radius is.

I hope that's the answer you want :wink2:

That's the logical answer, and what my teacher said today, so thank you! :teehee:

I was confused because I looked on some internet site and they said you can't really compare noble gases with non-metals or something  But I don't know, you're right anyway, thank you :naughty::huglove:

Aha, that sounds a bit weird  Maybe they meant that even though the elements are in the same periode they can be very very different :wink2:

You're welcome, just glad someone asked something I could answer :aah:

Yes, that's probably right! AHH.

(Can you be my adoptive chemistry teacher?:naughty:)
