Succede una catastrofe naturale e ognuno di noi si attiva come può per poter dare una mano, ma i "grandi capi" parlano e parlano e alla fine di concreto arriva ben poco a destinazione. È assurdo che ci siano soldi raccolti e stanziati fermi da anni, per via di qualche cavillo burocratico! Non parlo di schieramenti politici in particolare, perché in queste occasioni, è il buon senso che tutti dovrebbero usare! Si sprecano milioni di Euro inutili, quando potrebbero essere destinati a chi ha perso tutto.
