The shipping costs untill 2kg are € 22,15. You can order on our website and pay with Paypal or Ideal. At this moment the Mika Pilot pens are not in stock. We expect t odelever them within 2 weeks. They will send every one who ordered a mail, regarding shipping costs and the time of delivery. They will ship to any country. If I can help with anything, like address etc, just ask and I can help. Maybe I can give an example: Voornaam: Ingrid (surname) Achternaam: Luberti (backname) Straatnaam: Kapteynstraat (streetname) Huisnr: 107 (house number) Toev: - (maybe app number in cause you live in a flat) Plaatsnaam: Hilversum (town) Land: The Netherlands (country) You can pay by PayPal or ideal(which is immediately by bankcard). You do not need to fill in any company name if you pay by those two. Although they are on B1G1F and the sets are so much better value. Wish I'd come on here first, those gift sets are gorgeous! I took pictures of the stand, it actually has Mika on it! I wanted to get the dark blue and pink frixion pens but couldn't justify 2 for £4 over 6 for £10 so I got the set with the blue frixion and the roller set. The frixion set was showing as out of stock on Ryman's website but they had at least two sets in the shop so worth going to look anyway.
