I wrote this script for us, Mika Fans. If in English, some things seem a little surprising to you,it's because the rhymes are made in French. I can't rhyme in English.I thank Boucarilla who made us a nice translation.

 

It's in the front of the stage that begins

What could be a romance

It has all the reasons to be

But has not its name

 

A few notes to seduce 

Shake, let the charm acting 

A song to scream his name

And here we are all "marron"

 

No need of lot of words

He is our hero

That's why it's rhyming

For idol would more "in"

 

What is this strange feeling

Half way between the public and parent

Whatever place we have in his heart

It makes our happiness

 

This relationship is a enigma

But we know its origin

We know that his talent gathers us 

And that his smile gathers us.

With the English translation, should it be "front of the stage"?

 

And I don't quite understand what "between the public and parent" means? Presumably the French phrase doesn't translate literally?

The emotions of the fans towards Mika are between the feelings of mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters and that of the assistance during her concerts or interviews.

So : front of the stage : is because it's where fansusually stand,as close to their idol as possible.

Between the public and parent : I mean, the fan situation is hard to describe. He's not just a Spectator, but more than that. Nor does it belong to the artist's family. In french, we say " à mi-chemin", maybe alfway. Idon't know the exact term in English.

I translated what Micknickel wrote for us Mika fans and that she wanted to share (changing a few words but doing my best to save the rhymes and meaning ) It is called :  A smile unites us

In front of the stage that's the start of-----What could be romance to our heart-------Every reason to be------ But not by that name definitely

A few notes to cast his charming spell-------Moving around, just a little time  to ring a love bell-------A song to scream his name -------And we are all into a love game

No need for many words, ditto-------He is our hero-------Using this word to get a rhyme------As idol would be better at this time

What's this amazing feelin'------In between fandom and family------Wherever he is in our heart, yes------- he gives us a world of happiness

This bound is a mystery------But we know the begining of this story -------We know his talent unites us -------And that his smile unites us

"between the public and parents" to me means fans feel "half like an audience and half like Mika's relatives" so I translated "between fandom and family"
