23-24 October 2021: Mika @ Philharmonie de Paris - ticket talk

I understand you, @giraffeandy

For now, I took the "campanile" Paris 19, it seems it's not bad.  I'm not afraid of the metro I already took when I was in school trip, and it's not very away from the gare de l'est where I will arrive so it's ok... But I'm also afraid to walk at night for going at the hotel, even if I will be with my dad. You think we can book a taxi even for a so short distance ? I never took taxi before... I have absolutely no idea oh how it works...

It's not like if I spent all my life as the country girl and I know nothing about big cities... :fisch:

Also be aware that the big street right next to the park & venue can't be crossed, it's somewhat like a highway. There are passages under the street but that was the worst part of the way back to the hotel.

The ring road? That's really useful to know, I hate under-passages so will avoid that if possible. Thank you!

Ok guys, I've opened a new thread, so we can start anew without all the distraction about ticket buying. With the MFC presale today it seems most MFCers have their tickets now.

Please move all discussions about anything else than tickets to the new thread from now on. I'll close this one eventually.

Also the links to the RSVP lists are in the new thread.

Please check the extra ticket thread for spare tickets, you can also post there if you're looking for tickets:

The queue for the tickets on the Philharminie website is already open.

You can connect yourself and wait till 12:00

And Saturday is already sold out? :jawdrop:

Not that I need a ticket anymore, but still. Strange.

How do you get in the queue? If I click on book tickets on Mika's concert site, I only get offered to add it to my subscription (and if I click on that it says sold out). I have my tickets, just wondering how it works.

@L'inconnue35 the links to the events are in the first post, besides see my question to Anna, not sure how to get to the queue...

The Philharmonie tweeted that you can only buy 4 tickets per concert today:

I assume the new tickets only go online at 12.

For about one second I saw tickets for 30 euros and then they disappeared again. Maybe the website is already overloaded. :dunno:

The sale starts at 12. Only 4 tickets per person.

I don't know how it happened. I had as well this notification first that I can buy tickets only after 12.

Then when I tried 10 minutes ago it put me to the queue.

I think it's not updated. They say on the screen you can buy 6 tickets.

But actually you can buy only 4.

You have to get to the queue first.

Yes, you're are right, you can buy only 4, but I didn't have to queue.

Ok, I'll empty my shopping cart again, not that I block tickets unnecessarily.

The site has crashed again. I was on the site where you have to enter the number for the queue but then got an error message. Weird. I'd have been curious to see what tickets are available today. Good luck everyone! :crossed:

So if you were connected with your account before the sells started, you could buy tickets. If you were disconnected, you will get the queue and wait. I got AA, BB and CC in my shopping cart, but since I have already tickets, I didn't keep them blocked. I only wanted to see which seats were available.
