Why do they always start selling tickets in the morning when I have to work? 😕

I'm afraid that it's how it is. 😬

I don't get how they're handling the purchase of tickets. You have to send an e-mail? 🤔

Sounds like another super beautiful place in the middle of nowhere and impossible to reach without a car. 😅

Important note on the map!

The front row is Row V. Repeat, row V

Row A is the 2nd row.

It's marked on their website.

https://www.anfiteatrodelvittoriale.it/acquistare-biglietti/

It should be available as well on TicketOne.it is starting the 28th Of November at 11:00.

I wrote an e-mail, that's the answer:

:italia:

Gentile Prisca,

Filippo

Dear Prisca,
general sales open at 11:00 a.m. tomorrow, Thursday 28 November, simultaneously online via www.anfiteatrodelvittoriale.it and at our offices. The availability of seats online will coincide with our availability.

Booking entries via our ticket office and the corresponding confirmations will be subject to the actual trend from the moment sales open tomorrow morning and the order in which requests arrive via email.

This means that availability and positions cannot be guaranteed at this time.

If you wish to purchase online from www.anfiteatrodelvittoriale.it you can do so independently tomorrow (the main payment methods are accepted); if, on the other hand, you wish to book through us and then receive instructions for payment by bank transfer, you can write back to me here, bearing in mind the above specifications.

I remain at your disposal for any further needs.

Cordial greetings,
Filippo

Is ticket sales only through your website?

As the e-mail explains, tickets can be purchased online or by e-mail from 11 a.m. tomorrow. I don't know if the tickets are sold via several websites.

I think we can only buy online via the anfiteatro website (either they manage it or they link directly to a ticket site).

It mentions ticket.one but that seems to be for approved local sale points, rather than online purchasing. Unless the online link on the anfiteatro website redirects to online ticket.one sales... but either way it's via the website.

I hope they're prepared! :crossed:

The concert is listed on TicketOne so it should be possible to buy there:

I found a hotel which is supposed to be a 12 minute walk from the venue at Lago di Garda, so I'll give it a try tomorrow to get a ticket. Seems there are buses during the day, only after the gig it's necessary to have a place to sleep nearby (or a car).

That was a bit intense, every time I clicked an available seat it went to a different screen which said not available. Went through 8 different seats before getting one!

Was the V row centre seats available to anyone? They were greyed out for me from the start. I'm wondering if they're reserved for guests. Maybe the V means VIP?

Got my ticket! :biggrin2: Not frontrow (was that even available for anyone?) but I'm happy with it.

I added an event, RSVP link in the first post.

Very intense. I had given up but I was lucky that a place in third row appeared, so I got my ticket too!

No, first row wasn't available. Maybe it was reserved for the reservations via mail mentioned yesterday in the mail that Prisca posted :dunno:

Yes, or maybe it's an optional row they don't have for every gig?

The trick with gigs like these is to let them automatically assign you the best ticket in the category you want. Once it's in your cart, you can check where it is and maybe even risk looking for a second one that might be better. If seated tickets go on sale, the system behind the graphic interface is always faster than the graphic display, and also faster than you can be by checking the map first, so the best seats that show on the map will be gone by the time you clicked on them.

With that method I got a seat in row B center, which I'm very happy with. There even was an option to show it on the map, once it was in my cart (I wanted to make sure that it's not some other row B in another part of the venue, because who knows... 😅) - and there it still showed almost the whole row A as available. I might have preferred a seat there, more on the side, but I didn't want to risk getting thrown out, as it had happened for the Basel gig. And from what you say, probably they already were gone at that point and just the display was behind.

There's currently some row A tickets on the side available again, if anyone's interested.

Looking for a roommate for the 2 bed hotel room I booked nearby, for the one night of the gig. Breakfast included, and they also have a pool. :biggrin2:

@melodía

Thank you so much

there might be some apartments that are closer, but I was looking for a hotel, and this is the most affordable one nearby (12 minutes walk according to Google, but I think it includes walking up a hill). Just check the map views on booking.com and Google maps, it shows you the hotels & apartments in the area.
