Akim Posted February 16, 2007 Share Posted February 16, 2007 Hi, I've resisted joining so far, as I'm not very good at keeping in touch and I would hate to get a reputation for that...having said that I think it's already well established with people who know me....Sorry!!! Anyway I discovered Mika through my colleague...who luckily had access to his WHOLE album before it's release...I was completely besotted!!!Blown away!!!In awe!!!!...I am loving the fact that he is getting well deserved recognition and his (Unique) style is being celebrated. I saw him in FOPP in January, he had such presence and literally "lit" up the whole room. His mood was infectious, raw and highly entertaining along with Martin- May I say at this point what an amazing guitarist you are!!! I am looking forward to more as Mika himself said "there's lots more in the bag" yet to come out- Bring it on I say!!! Akim (Mika backwards, great huh? - and no I'm not backward!!??!!)
