A gig without "Martin on guitar!" wouldn't be the same. He has a lot of charism and fun on stage. I've been to a rare Mika gig without Martin on guitar, and it was totally different. We thought he had left before Mika started doing the acoustic gigs last year.. He was touring with Lily Allen! I would've been so upset if he'd left before I'd gotten a chance to meet him... I almost bought tickets to the Lily Allen gig in Melbourne last year if he wasn't going to be with Mika... I've been to a rare Mika gig without Martin on guitar, and it was totally different. We were told he had a bad tummy last night, but it didn't stop him from doing his crazy man act. In fact at the end of Lollipop, he came to the front and did an animal growl, mixed in with a chord slide on the guitar, it sounded awesome!!!
