He is a very succesfull songwriter (Starmania, Notre-Dame de Paris and so many songs...) Can't wait to see if that happen... Pamette
I really hope he'll do an album in French!!! Would be too cool!!!! I'm sure he will. Some people sings in french although i'm not sure they undersand what they sings (for example: Robbie Williams). I suppose some fans has already asked him to sing in french. So I think he will. He adores "Notre Dame de PARIS" and "Starmania" ("Tycoon" in english) . Maybe, he's not sure to do a good job with the lyrics. Don't worry Mica. Your french is nearly perfect. Maybe, he hates the word "nearly".
Pamette
I find why!!! It's because Luc Plamondon is the president of the "Freddie Mercury Live music Awards". So I try a little Freddie
Ruth
I'd love him to make an album in French. And I enjoyed reading the magazine article. It wouldn't let me copy and paste to keep it.

Ruth
If I were Mika or his advisor, I'd be thinking along the lines of TWO new cd titles - one of covers (already nearly there with Sweet Dreams and I Want You Back, added to the Radio One covers from the Lounge.) He could even learn the words for Killer Queen :-) I bet he could knock that out in no time. Then he could do a French one, perhaps with translations of his own songs, but the full version of Aux Champs Elysses and other wonderful French songs would be great. I guess the French would buy it, but I certainly would too. A sexy man singing in the most sexy language? I very much think so!

I will be very disappointed. Translations of his own songs, why not? New songs will be so great After all, Céline Dion sings in french and in english and the songs are not the same. Come on Mika!!! And he said he wanted to work with Luc Plamondon so I think he wants to makes new songs. I don't think a french album with songs translated from the english one will satisfy him! French people are requiring .
